These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Your App Name (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

The App provides informational and utility features. The App is provided “as is” and may change over time. We do not provide professional legal, tax, medical, or financial advice unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum age required by your country to use the App. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

4. Subscriptions & Purchases (if applicable)

If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions:

  • Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
  • Any free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all associated content (excluding user-provided content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own purposes.

6. User Content (if applicable)

If the App allows you to enter or store content (notes, lists, preferences), you retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to anything you upload or input.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country/region of residence, unless local law requires otherwise.
